Belle view has always been good to me…..a family called me home for years, filled me with their everyday life, but just recently moved on… and now I’m thinking its time to open the doors to someone new. Tucked under old oak trees, surrounded by green lawns, Crape Myrtle trees with a timeless sense of community and I’ve got my very own little corner of it. I’m a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, and I’ve kept most of my original bones: hardwood floors that have held up beautifully, a built-in bookcase I’m still proud of, and a living and dining space that flows together in a way that feel cozy and connected. The kitchen’s seen a few small updates here and there over the years, but there is still plenty of room for someone to make it their own. I think there’s something good in that mix of old and lived-in….a little bit of history, a little bit of charm, and a lot of room to leave your mark. I’ve got laundry and storage right in the building, so that’s never a hassle, and plenty of on street parking. There’s a quiet courtyard just outside where the light comes in easy, and a short walk gets you to the Belle View Shopping Center for the everyday stuff. I’m close to the George Washington Parkway too, so if you’d rather walk or ride than drive, that’s right at your fingertips…along with Old Town, DC, Fort Belvoir, and National Harbor. In the past few years my owners have replaced my HVAC (2022), my oven and bathroom heater(2023), bathroom floor tiles(2024) and my microwave(2025). The folks who lived here before made so many memories within these walls, and I’ve held onto all of them. But it’s time to make room for new ones.
