I've been a licensed REALTOR® in Virginia and West Virginia since 2000. After more than two decades in this business, I believe a home is one of the most important tools a family has for building long-term wealth. As Team Leader of The Talbot Greenya Group, powered by Keller Williams Gateway West, I lead every client relationship with that in mind. We price with data, present every property at its best, negotiate directly, and stay in the relationship long after closing.

I work across three core markets: Winchester/Frederick County, Charlestown/Martinsburg, and Leesburg/Western Loudoun. That spans Loudoun County, the Shenandoah Valley, and the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. Winchester is one of the fastest-growing regions on the Eastern Seaboard, and both the sales and rental markets here move quickly. I track all three markets regularly so my clients make decisions ahead of the market, not behind it.

Many of my clients come to me during a transition, such as a move, a life change, or the next step in building an investment portfolio. What they want is a clear plan and someone accountable for carrying it out. That's what we provide. I also founded Covenant Real Estate Management, so investors can count on one team for acquisition, leasing, and ongoing management.

I'm actively involved with the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber, the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS®, the Blue Ridge Association of REALTORS®, and BNI. Those relationships keep me connected to the lenders, contractors, and specialists my clients rely on. Connecting people with the right resource is one of my favorite parts of this work.
